How this service works

Denver Private Jet Charter is a charter broker. We act as your agent to arrange air transportation on your behalf. We are not an air carrier and we do not own or operate aircraft. The flights we arrange are operated by FAA Part 135 air carriers who hold operational control of the aircraft and are responsible for the safe conduct of the flight.

When you request a quote, we search available operators and aircraft that fit your trip. We present options with prices and details so you can compare. Once you choose, we coordinate with the operator to confirm your booking and pass along the operator's contract terms.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this site and in initial quotes are estimates. They are based on typical rates for the aircraft class and route, but they are not final until confirmed by the operator. Several factors can change the final price, including aircraft availability, crew scheduling, fuel surcharges, airport fees, and taxes.

We will provide a final quote after the operator confirms the aircraft and crew. That quote will include all known charges. We recommend reviewing it carefully before you authorize the booking.

Booking and payment

When you decide to book, we will arrange for the operator to send you a charter agreement. The agreement is between you and the operator. It sets out the total price, payment schedule, and cancellation policy. You will pay the operator directly according to their terms, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Payment is typically due before the flight, and many operators require a deposit to hold the aircraft. We will pass along the operator's payment instructions and deadlines. We do not hold your funds; we only facilitate the arrangement.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change policies are set by the operator and are included in your charter agreement. They can vary widely based on the aircraft, the operator's rules, and how close to departure you cancel. Some operators allow changes with notice; others charge a fee or retain the deposit.

We will help you understand the operator's policy before you book. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with the operator on your behalf. However, the operator has final say on any refunds or fees.

Taxes and fees

Your quote will include an estimate of federal excise tax and other government fees that apply to charter flights. These are subject to change and will be itemized on your final invoice from the operator. Some airports may also charge landing fees, handling fees, or security fees, which are typically passed through to you.

We do not control these taxes and fees, and they are not included in our service fee. Our service fee, if any, will be disclosed separately before you book.

Limitation of liability

We arrange transportation but do not operate the flights. The operator is responsible for the flight and for any issues that arise during travel, including delays, diversions, and baggage handling. Our liability is limited to the service we provide as your agent.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the operator, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, please contact us before booking.
